2. Fill out the medical forms and do note that a doctor's signature is required.

Program Description:

Tzevet Mikey is The Lone Soldier Center’s  intensive  pre-army program which mentally and physically prepares young men and women for service in IDF combat units. Tzevet Mikey alumni have gone on to serve in Elite units in the IDF and as officers. All trainers are veteran commanders and special forces operators with years of experience in both the army and in army-prep frameworks. The program consists of intense physical workouts, Hebrew learning, army academic lessons, and distance marches (מסעות). An integral part of the program in addition to the army prep is the team building experience and life-long friendships that are formed between the participants in the program. Those who commit to the program will be changed for the better. The program is free for participants.
