The “Lone Soldier Center in memory of Michael Levin” allows for this website to be used to donate money for the benefit of the organization’s needs in an quick and easy manner.
2. When a contribution is made by credit the credit card company will check the card and the user will receive a response with regard to the transaction: whether accepted or rejected. The website uses secure payment pages in accordance with the PCI DSS standard.

3.Policy regarding canceling the contribution: The user will need to turn to the organization directly in order to request a change in or cancellation of a transaction. Transactions can be cancelled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 1981 and its regulations within 14 days of the notification by phone by calling 02-5022211. The organization will perform the necessary change in accordance with the policies of the credit company. In the instance that the credit card company charges the organization a transaction fee, the organization can charge the user the amount of the fee.

4. The organization protects the confidentiality of donors and does not store the user’s credit card information.

5.In instances where the transaction is not approved by the credit card company, the user will receive notification. To complete the operation on performing the action to telephone the organization.

6. The organization is not liable for illegal activity carried out by people using the site or by any other party that is not under its full control.

7. Contributions are recognized for tax purposes under Section 46a of the Income Tax Authorities.

8. In exchange for each donation received, the donor will be sent a receipt which is recognized for tax purposes under Section 46 of the tax.

9. The organization has approval from the Israeli tax authorities as required by law and possesses a the Registrar of Non-Profit organizations.

10. The user is qualified to perform legally binding activity. If you are a minor (under 18) or you are not eligible to perform legal actions without the consent of a guardian, your use of the site will be perceived as if you received the approval of a legal guardian.

1.עמותת “המרכז לחיילים בודדים לזכרו של מייקל לוין” מאפשרת באמצעות אתר זה לתרום כסף לטובת צרכי העמותה בדרך קלה, נוחה ומהירה וניתן לשלם בכרטיס אשראי, העברה בנקאית או בשיחה טלפונית.

2. בעת מתן תרומה באמצעות כרטיס אשראי תתבצע בדיקת הכרטיס מול חברת האשראי והגולש יקבל תשובה באשר למצב העסקה, והאם נתקבלה או נדחתה. דף התשלום מאובטח בתקן PCI DSS.

3.מדיניות ביטול תרומה / עסקה: מבצע הפעולה יהיה רשאי לפנות לעמותה בבקשה לשינוי פרטי החיוב וביטול עסקה. ניתן לבטלה בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ”א -1981 והתקנות שהותקנו על פיו תוך 14 ימים מיום שנמסרה הודעת התרומה בטלפון ו/או בוצעה באינטרנט בטל’ 02-5022211 בימי העבודה ושעות הפעילות של העמותה כפי שמופיע באתר באינטרנט. העמותה תבצע את השינוי הנדרש בהתאם למדיניות הנהוגה באותה עת בחברת האשראי. במידת וחברת האשראי תחחיב את העמותה בעמלה בגין הפעולה, יחויב מבצע הפעולה בעמלה כאמור.

4. העמותה שומרת על פרטיות התורמים ואינה שומרת את פרטי האשראי של המשתמשים.

5.במידה והעיסקה לא אושרה ע”י חברת האשראי, יקבל מבצע הפעולה הודעה מתאימה. על מנת להשלים את הפעולה יש ליצור קשר טלפוני עם העמותה.

6. העמותה לא תישא בכל אחריות לפעילות בלתי חוקית שתיעשה על ידי משתתפים באתר או בגין כל גורם אחר שאינו בשליטתה המלאה.

7. התרומות לעמותה מוכרות לצרכי מס ע”פ סעיף 46 א’ לפקודת מס הכנסה.

8. בגין כל תרומה שתתקבל תישלח לתורם קבלה עם אישור מוכר לצרכי מס ע”פ סעיף 46 לפקודת מס הכנסה.

9. לעמותה אישור משלטונות המס כמתחייב בחוק ואישור ניהול תקין מטעם רשם העמותות.

10.המשתמש הינו כשיר לבצע פעולות משפטיות מחייבות. במידה והינך קטין (מתחת לגיל 18) או אינך זכאי לבצע פעולות משפטיות ללא אישור אפוטרופוס, יראו את שימושך באתר כאילו קיבלת את אישור האפוטרופוס.

11 . מדיניות הגבלת אחריות: כספי התרומה יופנו למרכז לחיילים בודדים דרך החשבון בנק של העמותה.
