Released Lone Soldier Fund
A fund by the lone soldiers of yesterday, for the lone soldiers of today
As individuals who served as lone soldiers ourselves, we can all look back on the trials and tribulations faced by young men and women who serve today. This fund is meant as a way for each of us to make a difference using the strength and wisdom our own personal experiences have earned us. Together, we can not only support lone soldiers, but have a voice in determining how our contribution can best be put to use based on our own experiences. The Lone Soldier Center has created this fund as a forum through which to build and develop a community where the benefit of individual experiences and obstacles overcome can reach the next generation of lone soldiers. Each member of the fund will be invited to join our closed Facebook and Google groups where together we can use the lessons learnt from experience to shape a better future for those who come after us.
