Amit Adri

Amit Adri, Brigadier General (Res.)
Amit served for 26 years in the IDF logistics system. His public service roles include Assistant Minister of Immigration and Absorption, Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Education, and Director General of the Ministry of Education. Currently, he is a partner, founder, and CEO of a management, consulting, and investment company with operations in Israel and abroad. Additionally, in the reserves, he serves as the personal assistant to the Minister of Defense.

Jacob Siso

With many years of experience in the financial sector, particularly in banking, Jacob is now a founder and partner at Foundations. This leading non-bank entity offers entrepreneurs comprehensive financial solutions for residential construction projects, utilizing a closed-end financing method.

Ephraim Cohen

Ephraim served for many years in various public roles across government ministries, including as the Director General of the Ministry of Aliyah and Absorption. He played a key role in managing aliyah operations in the 1980s and 1990s and was one of the founders of the Israel Immigration Authority.

Oz Cohen

An educator, teacher, and coordinator in schools, Oz Cohen is currently serving as the principal of the Nitinya School (Second Chance High School).

Anat Ben Dror

An educator with over 10 years of experience in the scouting movement, Anat has held various positions and founded and manages the Israel Summer Camps Forum. She is the CEO of 'Global On Media', specializing in the financial sector, and the founder of Camping-U, which offers solutions for trips and camping in Israel. Anat is also an organizational consultant, helping companies and organizations enhance their internal processes.

Avner Goren

With years of experience in the high-tech industry both in Israel and abroad, Avner has held various development and management roles. His most recent position was as Vice President at Intel. He is currently a member of the Investment Committee of the Innovation Authority and volunteers with several organizations.

Danny Fines

With over thirty years of experience in the field of immigration, Danny Fines played a key role in Operation Solomon, facilitating the immigration of Ethiopian Jews, and has supported the absorption of many Jews from various communities, including Chem, Ethiopia, Syria, and Yemen. Danny served as the financial manager of the Immigration and Absorption Department at the Jewish Agency and was a founding member of the agency’s legal entity in Russia. He worked for over 20 years at Giont Israel, where he initiated the establishment of youth centers. In recent years, he has participated in humanitarian missions with Global Joint, providing aid to victims of natural disasters in Nepal and the Philippines.

Drorit Nitzani

President and founder of the program for lone soldiers without family support.
After 20 years as a fashion designer, during Operation Protective Edge (Tzuk Eitan), the Nitzani family adopted a lone soldier without family support. Inspired by his story, Drorit established a separate program that focused on Israel born lone soldiers at the Lone Soldier Center in Memory of Michael Levin, with the help of friends and supporters.

Dr. Assaf Smadar

Dr. Assaf Samdar, a military officer and doctor of organizational psychology, is currently the co-CEO of Purple Cow, an international company in the gaming industry. He is married and a father of three, two of whom are serving in the IDF.

Leora Rubinstein

Leora Rubinstein, Lt. Col., served for 30 years in the IDF in senior positions. For the past seven years, she has worked at the Lone Soldier Center, initially managing the program for those without family support, and for the last two years, serving as the Center's Executive Director.
